Attachments¶

You can attach files to issues, wiki pages, and comments — screenshots, logs, design files, spreadsheets, anything that helps explain or document the work.

Attach a file¶

Use the attachment area on the issue (or wiki page, or comment) to upload a file. Specivo keeps each file's original filename, size, and type so it downloads back exactly as you uploaded it.

Add a description¶

Each attachment has an optional description field. It's worth filling in: descriptions are searchable, so "production error log, 2 Mar" turns up in search later even though the filename was something like app-2024.log.

Size and type¶

• Maximum upload size is set by the operator who runs your Specivo server, so the limit depends on your installation.
• There is no built-in file-type restriction — Specivo doesn't block files by extension.
